Other than out of box failure no returns to be sent to, or accepted
by Alpha Digital Services Limited.
Dealer has 14 days from purchase to highlight out of box failure.
All repairs will be issued an EMA number for future tracking.

links from www.ricoh.co.uk). Click on Registration, if this is
the first time you are logging on, you will need to register.
You will then receive a password.
For repair request follow the on-line procedure.
For Technical help click on email request and follow on-line procedure.
Repairs will take approximately 2-3 weeks and can be tracked by
email, telephone or fax.
All Ricoh cameras come with a 2 year
manufacturers warranty.
