DxO Optics Pro automatically enhances images produced by Digital-SLR,
advanced Digicams, and their lenses with revolutionary optics,
noise and lighting corrections packed in an all-new, easy-to-use
feature rich application.
Works with Raw or JPEG files for supported cameras & lenses.
Our unique, award-winning automatic optical corrections are a
core part of DxO Optics Pro.
Based on sophisticated models of camera and lens performance,
DxO Optics Engine automatically removes:
- lens distortion
- vignetting
- lens softness
- hromatic aberrations
DxO Lighting, is a unique local exposure and dynamic range optimizer.
Automatically replicating analog film techniques known as ìdodging
and burningî, DxO Lighting Engine brings out shadow detail while
preserving highlights, textures, colors and a natural look.
In addition, DxO Lighting automatically restores highlight details
in some raw images.
DxO Noise Engine automatically reduces image noise by up to two
stops while preserving maximum detail.
For example, an image shot at 1600 ISO and processed by DxO Noise
Engine will present a noise level equivalent to an image shot
at 400 ISO.
For optimum results, noise correction is specially-tailored for
each camera that we support.
DxO Labs' exclusive demosaicing technology enables you to make
the most of the best possible optical, lighting and noise correction
on raw images.
Not only does it offer a seamless workflow, but it also ensures
