Free of charge repairs under warranty
Warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase by the customer. To establish that the repair can be carried out under warranty it is necessary to send either a valid warranty card or the original purchase receipt (photocopies are not accepted). These will be returned with the projector after repair. It is also imperative that the serial number is on the projector.The equiopment will be returned FREE of charge.

Other Repairs:
Solar will provide an estimate of the repair cost including parts required prior to carrying out the repair. A pro forma invoice will be issued and a cheque for the full amount will be required prior to carrying out the repair (at the present time Solar does not havethe facilities for credit card payment). The customer will also be liable for the carriage charge to return the projector - the current cost for this overnight service is £8.00 + VAT.

VERY IMPORTANT

Full details of the fault(s) should accompany the projector to ensure prompt and efficient service repair.

It is important that the projectors are sent in the ORIGIANL PACKING BOX or that they are carefully packed to withstand the rigours of parcel delivery. Solar will use the same packing to return the projector after repair.

The projector will be returned to the address from which it was sent.
